Reception

As we may be upstairs in the hotel, we may not be sitted at the reception all day.
You can contact reception from 8am to 8pm
by dialing 38 from your room or from the phone on the reception desk
(there is a small connection time)

Kitchenette and fridge on the 1st floor

You can use the fridge on the first floor to store your drinks or snacks.
The kitchenette cannot be used during the breakfast hours and after 8 pm.
Cannes tap water is very good, you can use the glass bottle to drink it at the hotel during your stay. We thank you not to take them out with you.
The Monoprix and Carrefour Market are the nearest supermarkets.

Breakfast

Continental breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:30 am (7:30 am during the congresses)
It must be reserved the day before.

Departure at 11am

On the day of your departure, check-out time is before 11am
In case of late departure, the amount of an additional night will be charged.
In case of departure before 8am, please inform the reception the day before.

Housekeeping

Room cleaning service is operated from 8am to midday.
There is no cleaning service in the afternoon.
Please put the sign 'do not disturb' in order not to be disturbed.

Stay code to access your room

Please use your stay code to open your room door and the main door of the hotel.
Your code is valid for your room for the duration of your stay only.

House rules

Only guests staying at the hotel have access to the hotel.
Please do not let anyone non-resident enter.
The hotel is under video surveillance.

For the comfort of all, we ask you not to make any noise after 8pm.

Night watchman

The reception is closed from 8pm to 8am.
The night watchman can be reached in case of necessity.

Smoke-free Hotel

For your comfort and safety our hotel is 'smoke-free'
it is forbidden to smoke in rooms (even at the window) and in the public areas.
A minimum fee of 150€ will be added to your bill, as we will have to have your room desinfected after your stay.
The rooms and common areas are equipped with smoke detectors.
We invite you to go in the pedestrian street on your right when getting out of the hotel.
 

Wifi

The broadband connection is of good quality.
However, in the event of a connection problem due to the supplier or the connection between devices, the hotel cannot be held responsible.
The hotel will do its utmost to restore the connection as quickly as possible.
To log in, you will need to enter your room number, your email address and the wifi password.
 

Ironing - Dry cleaning - Laundry

An iron and an ironing board are at your disposal on the 1st floor in the lower cupboard under the coffee machine.
You can use them during your stay, please put them back after use and not to burn any furniture in your room.
If you wish to have your things cleaned, we recommend 2 solutions:

To respect the environnement

Turn off the lights when you go out
Turn off the heat/air conditioning when you open the window
In summer, set the air conditioning to 25° and close the curtains
Do not change towels unnecessarily, if you want to have them changed, place them on the bathroom floor
Turn off the water in the shower when soaping up
Do not leave the water running continuously when brushing your teeth or shaving
Report any leaks or malfunctions to the front desk
Sheets are changed once a week (unless necessary, of course) and bathroom linen when placed on the floor
